How do I download the app?

You can download the Polo Rewards mobile app from Google Play store for Android devices and the App Store for iPhone devices.

I have an existing Polo Club card, will this still work?

No, unfortunately existing cards will no longer be accepted

I lost my phone and got a new number, can I still keep my membership?

Yes, please call us on 011 258 7600 to update your membership. Validation will be required.

I bought a new phone but with the same number, can I still keep my membership?

Yes, simply download the app on your new phone and login with your usual details.

How do I get hold of customer care if I have an issue or needing assistance?

Can I use an international number to register for the app?

Unfortunately only South African mobile numbers with the prefix +27… are accepted

How do I get my 10% discount?

Through the Polo Rewards app by selecting REDEEM MY REWARDS on the HOME tab. This will generate a QR code:

  • In a Polo retail store: Give the OR code to the cashier at the till to scan the code.
  • Online: Once you have logged in to www.polo.co.za using your mobile number and PIN the discount will automatically be applied at FINAL CHECKOUT. You do not need to enter any codes.

Do my Polo Rewards discounts apply to Sale products?

Yes the discount will apply so long as you have spent the minimum of R1 500.

Do my Polo Rewards discounts apply at other retailers that sell Polo?

No, Polo Rewards discounts only apply to Polo retail stores and online at www.polo.co.za.

Do my discounts apply online as well?

Yes all discounts and vouchers are applicable on www.polo.co.za. Once you are logged in online using your Polo Rewards pin all discounts and vouchers (provided you have spent over R1500) as well as your free delivery will automatically be applied – you do NOT need to enter any codes.

Can I use my birthday voucher and 10% discount at the same time?

Yes, simply either:

  • In a Polo retail store: Select REDEEM MY BENEFITS on the HOME tab and then REDEEM MY DISCOUNTS AND VOUCHERS. This will generate a QR code and all applicable discounts and vouchers will automatically be applied if you have spent over R1500.
  • Online: Log in to www.polo.co.za using your mobile number and PIN and all your discounts will automatically be applied at FINAL CHECKOUT. You do not need to enter any codes.

Do I get change from my vouchers (e.g. Birthday)?

Unfortunately no so it would be best to spend the full voucher amount.

How do I send a gift voucher to a friend?

Click on the GIFTING tab on the mobile app. Select SEND A GIFT CARD and select the relevant contact from your phone as well as the amount and select PROCEED and follow the instructions.

How are gift vouchers sent to recipients?

  • Polo Rewards member: Members will get a notification from the app on their phone and the message will appear in their Inbox. They will also see the gift card balance reflected on the GIFTING tab.
  • Non-members: An SMS with the wiCode as well as the link to download the Polo Rewards app will be sent to the recipient. They can either download the app and get 10% discount as well as the gift amount, or they can use the numerical code without downloading the app and enter the gift amount on checkout online or in a Polo store.

How do I use a gift voucher I received?

  • Polo Rewards member:

Once you have spent R1500 in a Polo store or online an SMS with your voucher wiCode number will be sent to your registered mobile number within 48 hours.

 How do I redeem my vida e Caffè Cappuccino voucher?

Show your vouchers number at any vida e Caffè store to receive your complimentary solo cappuccino.

 Can I only purchase a solo Cappuccino with my voucher?

No, Cappuccino vouchers can be redeemed for any hot beverage up to a maximum of R30.

 How long do I have to redeem my voucher?

Each voucher will stipulate the exact expiry date of 30 days from the date the voucher was issued.
